The United States has introduced FIFA Pass, a new visa initiative launched on January 20, 2026, to expedite visa interview appointments for confirmed ticket holders of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This program aims to reduce long wait times for non-immigrant visas, including B1/B2 visitor visas, at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. While FIFA Pass prioritizes interview scheduling, it does not guarantee visa approval. The World Cup, co-hosted by the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, will run from June 11 to July 19, featuring 48 teams across 16 cities.
