Englishman Nicholas Lee is set to be appointed as the new strength and conditioning coach for the Indian women's cricket team following the conclusion of the Women's Premier League 2026. Lee brings extensive experience, having previously worked with the Afghanistan men's team, Bangladesh Cricket Board, and Gulf Giants. His appointment comes ahead of India's multi-format series against Australia in February 2026.
