ECB Cancels England Lions UAE Tour and Women's Abu Dhabi Camp Over Security Concerns

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has cancelled the remaining matches of the England Lions' tour in the UAE and ruled out the England Women's T20 World Cup training camp in Abu Dhabi due to escalating security concerns linked to Gulf instability following US-Israeli air strikes on Iran. The Lions had played part of a white-ball series against Pakistan Shaheens before the cancellations. The ECB is arranging alternative plans for the women's team and working to return players and staff safely to the UK. The senior men's team’s T20 World Cup semi-final travel to Mumbai remains unaffected.
