Punjab Conducts Hockey Trials Selecting 250 Players for State Sports Wings
Around 800 young hockey players from Punjab participated in selection trials at Punjab Agricultural University for Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 categories. Approximately 250 players were chosen for four residential sports wings, including Jarkhar and Chachrari Hockey Academies, Ghudda, and Khalsa College. Selected players will receive boarding, lodging, and training facilities, including air-conditioned accommodation during summer, and will represent their districts in the Punjab State School Games.
