Indian Karting Prodigy Atiqa Mir Joins Modena Racing for 2026 WSK Championship

Indian karting prodigy Atiqa Mir, aged 11, has secured a drive with reigning world champions Modena Racing Team for the 2026 WSK championship, often called the 'Formula 1' of karting. Supported by the Formula 1 Academy, she will compete in the challenging junior OKNJ category (ages 12-14), becoming the first Indian female and the only female among 37 drivers. The WSK series develops young talent, with past participants including F1 champions. Atiqa will race in multiple WSK events starting January 25 in Italy.
