ICC Confirms Flexible Venues for T20 World Cup 2026 Semi-Finals and Final

The ICC has designated Semi-final 1 of the 2026 T20 World Cup as a floating fixture, to be held either at Colombo's R. Premadasa Stadium or Kolkata's Eden Gardens, depending on which teams qualify. If Pakistan reach the semi-finals, they will play in Colombo; if Pakistan do not qualify but Sri Lanka does and faces any team other than India, Sri Lanka will host in Colombo. Otherwise, the match will be in Kolkata. Semi-final 2 is fixed at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. The final venue will be Ahmedabad unless Pakistan reach the final, in which case it moves to Colombo.
