Aston Martin Drivers Limit Laps at Australian GP Due to Car Vibration Concerns

Aston Martin drivers Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll face severe vibration issues from their Honda-powered 2026 car, causing concerns over potential permanent nerve damage in their hands. Team principal and designer Adrian Newey revealed that Alonso can only complete about 25 laps and Stroll 15 laps before risking injury. The vibrations also cause reliability problems like mirrors and tail lights detaching. Despite these challenges, Aston Martin plans to compete in the Australian Grand Prix with limited laps until the issue is resolved.
