Meghalaya's Riiohlang Dhar has been selected for the FIFA Refereeing International List for 2026, marking her continued prominence as a top Indian match official. Dhar, an experienced FIFA-level assistant referee, previously officiated at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup and the AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup in 2024. She was also recognized as the AIFF's Female Assistant Referee of the Year for the 2024-25 season and honored at a Meghalaya Football Association event.
