Tejas Networks launched the TJ1600-D3, a next-generation Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) optical transport product designed for terabit-scale data center interconnections. Unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona by Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, the product addresses growing demands from webscalers, carriers, and cloud providers for compact, energy-efficient, and scalable network solutions. The TJ1600-D3 offers flexible line rates up to 1.2T per wavelength and shelf capacity up to 51.2 Tbps, featuring carrier-grade reliability and power efficiency.
