
Kochi will host the first international conference and expo on Graphene and 2D Materials, 'GraphIN 2026', from March 9 to 12. The event aims to position India as a leader in next-generation materials research, focusing on graphene and advanced 2D materials. Organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology through C-MET, with international collaborators, the conference features experts including Nobel laureate Prof Kostya Novoselov. Kerala leads nationally with a dedicated Graphene Policy to foster innovation and technology development.
