The update includes more natural-sounding dubbed voices through Expressive Speech in eight languages and a Preferred Language setting for viewers to choose original or dubbed audio. Additionally, YouTube is testing a lip-sync feature to better align audio with speakers' mouth movements. In December 2025, over six million daily viewers watched auto-dubbed content, reflecting growing adoption and accessibility across language barriers.
