Vivo Expands X300 Series with New Models Including X300 FE and X300 Max

Vivo is expanding its X300 smartphone series with new models reportedly in development or recently showcased. The Vivo X300 FE is expected to feature a 6.31-inch FHD LTPO AMOLED display with adaptive refresh rates and IP68/IP69 durability, though it remains unconfirmed. Separately, the Vivo X300 Max was spotted at MWC 2026 with Zeiss-branded cameras, Android 16, and MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset, supporting 90W fast charging. The X300 Ultra is also slated for an official launch in China soon, with a global release anticipated later this year.
