INCERGO S.A. is advancing its merger with Visual Semiconductor Inc. (VSI) through share issuance. The companies will showcase VSI's Glasses-Free 3D (GF3D) display technology at CES 2026. Demonstrations will include a 65-inch 8K home display and a 6.58-inch smartphone display, both capable of converting 2D content to 3D in real-time without requiring special eyewear or eye-tracking. This technology aims to bring immersive 3D experiences to everyday consumer devices.
