Xiaomi Launches 17 Series Flagship Phones with Leica Cameras and Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip

Xiaomi has globally launched its flagship 17 Series, including the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra, ahead of MWC 2026 in Barcelona. Both devices feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, and Leica-tuned camera systems with multiple 50MP sensors. The Xiaomi 17 offers a 6.3-inch OLED display and a 6,330mAh battery, while the Ultra model has a 6.9-inch display, a 200MP telephoto lens, and a 6,000mAh battery. Pricing starts at 999 Euros, with India launch set for March 11.
