Russia successfully launched 52 satellites from its Vostochny spaceport using a Soyuz-2.1b rocket. The payload includes two Aist-2T satellites for Earth observation, designed for stereoscopic photography, monitoring emergencies like fires and floods, and creating digital terrain models. These satellites have a service life of at least five years. Additionally, 50 smaller spacecraft, including CubeSats developed by Russian universities for climate change and space weather monitoring, were deployed.
