A study by US-based Legal Guardian Digital ranked AI chatbots on reliability for work tasks, assessing hallucination rates, uptime, response consistency, and customer satisfaction. Perplexity AI topped the list with the lowest hallucination rate of 13% and 100% uptime. Elon Musk's Grok ranked second, followed by Chinese chatbot DeepSeek. Despite its popularity, ChatGPT ranked sixth with a 30% hallucination rate but maintained high user ratings. Google Gemini and Meta AI ranked lower in reliability.
