Three Tennessee plaintiffs, including two minors, have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's AI company xAI, alleging its chatbot Grok was used to generate sexually explicit images by digitally altering their real photos without consent. The suit, filed in a California federal court, seeks class-action status and damages, claiming xAI failed to implement safeguards to prevent such misuse. xAI previously restricted certain image edits, but regulators worldwide have raised concerns and imposed bans over similar content generated by Grok.
