
Xiaomi has unveiled its new flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra by Leica, in China. The device features a Leica-tuned triple rear camera system, including a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto shooter with 4.3x optical zoom. It boasts a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a 6,800mAh battery with 90W or 100W wired charging. A notable feature is the physical rotary zoom ring around the camera module. The phone runs HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 and offers up to 1TB storage and 16GB RAM, with IP68 water and dust resistance.
