
Oura has launched its Ring 4 smart wearable in India, priced from Rs 28,900, available from March 18 via Amazon and Croma. The titanium ring tracks over 50 health metrics, including sleep, activity, and recovery, using Smart Sensing technology with multi-wavelength sensors. A monthly membership subscription of Rs 599 is required for data access. Alongside the launch, Oura released a report highlighting that Indian users average 6 hours and 28 minutes of sleep, with lower REM and deep sleep compared to global averages.
