
Apple has acquired MotionVFX, a Warsaw-based startup specializing in visual effects plugins, templates, and motion graphics for professional video editors using Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Around 70 MotionVFX employees are expected to join Apple. The acquisition aims to enhance Apple's Creator Studio bundle and strengthen its position in professional video editing, potentially integrating advanced tools directly into Apple's software. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Apple has not publicly commented on the deal.
