Google has introduced Personal Intelligence, a new feature in its Gemini AI that connects with users' Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube, and Search history to provide personalized, context-aware responses. Currently in beta for AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers in the U.S., the feature is opt-in and off by default, allowing users to control app access. Personal Intelligence aims to enhance tasks like planning and information retrieval while emphasizing privacy safeguards. Google plans to expand availability to more countries, free users, and integrate it into Search's AI Mode.
