ISRO is set to launch its 2026 calendar with the PSLV-C62 mission on January 12, deploying the EOS-N1 Earth Observation Satellite and 14 other payloads. Undertaken by ISRO's commercial arm, NSIL, the mission includes satellites from domestic and international customers, notably a joint satellite from Thailand and the UK. The launch follows a previous PSLV-C61 failure in May 2025, with ISRO aiming to restore confidence. The mission will also demonstrate a Spanish startup's Kestrel Initial Technology Demonstrator.
