Cyberabad Police Reviews AI-Based Predictive Traffic Management System

Cyberabad Police reviewed the feasibility of adopting an AI-based predictive traffic management system aligned with European standards to forecast congestion, simulate real-time traffic scenarios, and optimize signal timings. The system aims to improve congestion management, enforcement efficiency, and road safety. The review meeting, chaired by Commissioner M. Ramesh at the PSIOC, included demonstrations by Swiss company Transcality and participation from senior officials and the Administrative Staff College of India.
