Delhi Police Deploy Tech-Driven Measures for Republic Day Parade Traffic and Parking

For the Republic Day parade and Beating Retreat ceremony at Kartavya Path, Delhi Traffic Police have introduced multiple technology-driven measures to ease visitor movement and parking. These include 12 help desks staffed by police and NCC cadets, AI-generated animated videos explaining arrival and parking procedures, a QR code-based parking system covering 22 lots for about 8,000 vehicles, and a car-calling system to reduce congestion. Additionally, shuttle services will transport security personnel from four locations at 10-minute intervals, while real-time navigation support is available via Google Maps and Mappls.
