Google Launches Real-Time Lost Luggage Tracking Feature with Airline Partnerships

Google has introduced a new feature in its Find Hub app allowing Android users to share the real-time location of lost airport luggage directly with participating airlines. By generating a secure, temporary link showing the bag’s live position, passengers can paste it into airline baggage claim forms, enabling faster recovery. The feature, launched with Turkish Airlines and over ten other carriers including Air India and Lufthansa Group, prioritizes user privacy with encrypted data and automatic link expiration after seven days.
