
Tata Motors has launched the 2026 facelift of its Punch EV micro SUV in India, featuring larger 30kWh and 40kWh battery options with improved power outputs and a claimed range of up to 468km (ARAI). The facelift enhances DC fast-charging to 65kW and introduces subtle exterior updates. The entry-level Smart variant starts at Rs 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom) with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS), offering features like iRA connected tech and safety aids. The Punch EV competes with models like the MG Comet EV, both offering BaaS and outright purchase options at comparable price points.
