Google and Accel Invest in Five Indian Startups for 2026 AI Cohort

Google's AI Futures Fund and venture capital firm Accel have launched a joint investment program in India, selecting five startups from over 4,000 applicants for their 2026 AI cohort. Each startup will receive up to $2 million in co-investment and $350,000 in compute credits, along with access to Google's AI infrastructure. The selected startups focus on diverse AI applications including life sciences, enterprise automation, voice AI, entertainment, and industrial automation, reflecting India's growing AI startup ecosystem.
