HCLTech and IIT Kanpur Partner to Advance Deep Tech Innovation for GCCs

HCL Technologies and IIT Kanpur have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on transforming academic research into practical solutions for Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The partnership focuses on advanced engineering and deep technologies such as AI, robotics, and cybersecurity. It aims to accelerate innovation, provide access to specialized skills, and reduce time-to-market by bridging research and enterprise needs. Both institutions emphasize translational research and industry mentorship to address real-world challenges faced by GCCs.
