PhonePe Payment Gateway has launched 'PhonePe PG Bolt' for Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card transactions. This new solution uses device tokenization to offer a secure, one-click in-app checkout experience. Users can tokenize their cards once on the PhonePe app to use them across integrated merchants, eliminating the need for CVV entry in subsequent transactions. PhonePe states this feature enhances user convenience and merchant growth by improving success rates and reducing drop-offs.
