The rollout, confirmed on X, comes amid heightened tensions in the Middle East involving the US, Israel, and Iran, where reliable communication is critical. Starlink received regulatory approval from Kuwait's CITRA and offers plans starting at 31 KWD per month, with a free first month. The service aims to provide connectivity especially during infrastructure disruptions.
