BSNL has launched its Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) service nationwide, enabling customers to make and receive calls and send messages using Wi-Fi networks. This aims to improve connectivity in areas with limited or no mobile signal, such as villages and remote locations. The service, available to all BSNL users without extra charges or app downloads, routes calls through Wi-Fi like BSNL Bharat Fibre, allowing seamless communication indoors and potentially switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks during calls.
