A survey of 70 startup founders, executives, and investors indicates a significant impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on hiring by 2026. While 83% expect AI to change business models, 43% believe most jobs will adapt rather than disappear. AI adoption is already widespread in research and data analysis within these companies, with expectations of AI driving new revenue streams or cost reductions.
