Indian-Origin AI Experts Devendra Chaplot and Aman Gottumukkala Join Elon Musk's xAI and SpaceX

Indian-origin AI experts Devendra Singh Chaplot and Aman Gottumukkala have joined Elon Musk's ventures, SpaceX and xAI, to advance artificial intelligence development. Chaplot, an IIT Bombay and Carnegie Mellon alumnus, has a background in machine learning and robotics, having worked at Facebook AI Research and Mistral AI. Gottumukkala, a Texas-based software engineer, founded Firebender, an AI coding assistant for Android developers that generated millions in revenue with a small team. Both aim to contribute to next-generation AI systems integrating physical and digital intelligence.
