Karnataka Strengthens Cybersecurity with Specialized Units and Innovation Initiatives

Karnataka Home Minister G. Parameshwara highlighted the state's robust cybersecurity ecosystem during the third CIDECODE Cybercrime Investigation Summit in Bengaluru. The government has established 43 specialised Cyber Economic and Narcotics police stations and units equipped with advanced training and technology to combat cybercrime. Collaborations with private companies and international organisations support innovation in areas like AI, cloud computing, and digital forensics. The summit also featured the release of research reports and initiatives to encourage cybercrime investigation solutions.
