This method exploits basic telecom features without needing internet access, allowing criminals to access and control bank accounts and other sensitive profiles. Authorities advise against dialing USSD codes starting with 21, 61, or 67 if shared by unknown callers, as victims often realize the fraud only after their accounts are compromised.
