Andhra Pradesh Plans Quantum Computing Hub and AI Development with Major Investments

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the state's plans to become a global hub for quantum computing and artificial intelligence (AI). He announced that a Quantum Valley tech park in Amaravati will begin manufacturing quantum computers by the end of 2026. Google is investing $15 billion to establish a 1-gigawatt data centre in Visakhapatnam. Naidu emphasized AI's transformative potential across daily life and governance, and the state's ambition to develop Amaravati as a leading liveable city.
