Google Unveils Noto 3D Emojis Featuring New Designs and Playful Details
Google has introduced Noto 3D, a new set of three-dimensional emojis designed to add depth and personality to traditional flat emojis. The company highlighted challenges in creating 3D versions, including imagining the back view of emojis. As a humorous touch, Google showcased a shocked face emoji with a rear view featuring a butt, clarifying it was a joke. The Noto 3D emojis will debut on Pixel phones in 2026 and will be open source for wider use.
