Elderly Couple Found Murdered in Raigad Home with Ash Smeared on Faces
An elderly couple, Raghunath Dattu Farat (73) and Surekha Raghunath Farat (68), were found murdered in their home in Nigdoli village, Raigad district, with their throats slit and ash smeared on their faces and throughout the house. The victims were discovered by their grandson on May 26 after no response at the locked house. Police have registered a murder case against unidentified suspects and are investigating multiple theories.
