Thunderstorms and Rain Provide Temporary Relief Amid Odisha Heatwave Warnings
Widespread thunderstorms, lightning, and rainfall brought temporary relief from intense heat in several Odisha districts on Wednesday and are expected to continue in coastal and neighboring areas on Thursday, according to the Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre. The India Meteorological Department issued an orange warning for some districts and a yellow warning for others.
