Three Die Saving Siblings in Separate Drowning Incidents in Uttar Pradesh
Three people died in Uttar Pradesh while rescuing their siblings from drowning in separate river incidents on June 25. In Kasganj district, two sisters saved their younger brother from the Ganga river but drowned themselves. In Deoria district, a 14-year-old boy rescued his two sisters from the Rapti river but drowned. These incidents follow five other drowning deaths in Sonbhadra and Barabanki districts, bringing the state's toll to eight in two days.
