Students Face Challenges Due to Poor Road Conditions in Madhya Pradesh Districts
In Madhya Pradesh, deteriorated roads in Mahidpur and Khargone districts are causing daily difficulties for students commuting to school, especially during the monsoon. In Mahidpur, a muddy approach road to Government Higher Secondary School, Narayana, remains unrepaired after pipeline work, affecting about 225 students. In Khargone, over 35 students navigate a three-kilometre mud-filled stretch unfit for cycling, despite government-provided bicycles. Residents and officials have submitted multiple requests for repairs, with some authorities indicating upcoming construction efforts.
