Delhi Woman Dies by Suicide, Alleges Harassment by Husband and In-Laws in Video
A 24-year-old woman in Delhi's Nangloi area died by suicide at her in-laws' home after recording a video alleging harassment by her husband's family and describing her husband's instability. In the video, she urged her parents to care for her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and requested that the child not be given to anyone, including her husband. Police recovered the video and have registered a case, with investigations ongoing. Family members also allege the husband physically abused her and is undergoing medical treatment.
