Samsung Plans July Launch for Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra with Upgraded Features
Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy Z Fold 8 series in July 2026, featuring a revised naming structure with the standard Fold 8 as a wider-screen model and the Fold 8 Ultra as a premium variant. The Fold 8 may include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,000mAh battery, and a quad rear camera setup with a 200MP primary sensor. The Fold 8 Ultra is anticipated to offer hardware upgrades such as a larger battery and enhanced triple-camera system. The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is also expected to launch alongside these models.
